If you are facing charges for DUI under 21 years old in Georgia, you will face a lower alcohol level to be deemed DUI. In Georgia, a person under the age of 21 that registers a .02 or more on the breath or blood test is considered DUI per se. A person under the age of 21 would face 12 months of probation; at least 24 hours in custody; 40 hours of community service; risk reduction course (DUI) school; MADD victim impact panel; and a maximum fine of $1,000.00 for a first DUI in 10 years.
